I bought Aer 2 and installed it in the program-folder ( Mac OS Sierra, German ). Unfortunately it crashes on startup. No error code, nothing. Could you please help?

    Hi Jochen,

Could you open up a terminal and enter the following:

    cd /Applications/

And then send me the output to [email blocked]?

Should be able to see what is going on.

    All the best

Thank you for your fast reply

Here is the output you asked for:

Btw: I also own Lucid 3. The same problem: App crashes after startup without error code.

    Thank you.

That's odd, I was expecting to see more information than that. What version
of Mac OS X are you using?
